Louët Drum Carders

LOUET CLASSIC DRUM CARDER

7.5 " wide made of Laminated Birch, assembled. Includes doffer brush, doffer pin, clamps and instructions. The Carding cloth is fine (46 TPSI) and will handle medium-fine, medium and coarse fibers. This surface speed ratio is 9:1. In order to ensure a long life, the teeth on all Louët carders are made of high grade plated steel wire. The gearbox, is enclosed to prevent fibers entering the gear system.

LOUET STANDARD DRUM CARDER

Same as the Classic except the Standard has extra fine cloth (72 TPSI) for very fine fibers.
