What these numbers assume

  • Price: AED 18 a piece. A large UAE online shop charges this for one custom cap with a logo, with no minimum order (30 Sep 2026). Some shops advertise caps from AED 15, and big orders get discounts, so use a lower price for bulk jobs.
  • Cost: AED 8 a piece. A plain cap costs about AED 7.50 from a UAE supplier (12 caps or more). Thread and backing add about AED 0.50 (our estimate).
  • Output: 20 pieces per head per day. A small cap logo takes about 8 to 10 minutes on one head, including hooping (our estimate). That is up to 48 caps in 8 hours. We use 20 to leave time for set-up, colour changes and quiet days.
  • Days: 26 working days a month (6 days a week).
  • Machine price: the price shown, VAT included, with 12 needles and no cap kit.
  • Logo-only work: one UAE shop lists AED 3.50 per chest logo for orders of 100 pieces or more. If your customers bring their own items, use your logo price here and a cost of about AED 0.50.

Questions buyers ask

How much is an embroidery machine in the UAE?

apex starts at AED 18,999 for one head. The 4-head is AED 49,599. The 6-head is AED 68,299. All prices include VAT. Big-brand 4-head machines cost AED 80,000 or more in the UAE.

Should I buy one head or more?

Start with one head if you are new, or if your orders are small and all different. Choose 4 heads if you get many pieces with the same design, like uniforms. Choose 6 heads for big runs: 6 caps at once, at the lowest cost per head.

12 needles or 15 needles?

Each needle holds one thread colour, so 12 needles means 12 colours ready to use. For many logos that is enough. On the single head, 15 needles come with the 350 x 500 mm area and cost AED 500 more. On the 4-head and 6-head, 15 needles cost AED 1,500 more per head. Choose them if your designs often need more colours.

Can it embroider caps?

Yes. The single head comes with a cap driver and 2 cap frames. For the 4-head and 6-head, add the cap kit for AED 2,400 or AED 3,400. All three have a 270-degree wide cap system.

Can I embroider shirts, uniforms and abayas?

Yes. The single head comes with 5 garment hoops, from 95 x 95 mm up to 295 x 295 mm, and an aluminium frame. For abaya panels, choose the 350 x 500 mm single head or the 4-head with 400 x 600 mm on each head.

Where are apex machines made?

In China. MySewingMall sells them in the UAE and handles delivery, installation, training and service here.

What does the machine do on its own?

It trims the thread, changes colours and detects a broken thread. It runs at up to 1,200 stitches a minute (1,000 in normal running) and keeps up to 200 million stitches in memory.

Does the screen have Arabic?

Yes. The 10-inch colour touch screen has 17 languages, including Arabic. The single head and the 4-head use the Dahao A15 Pro control system. The 6-head uses Topwisdom 515. We train your operator in person.

What software comes with it?

Wilcom EmbroideryStudio 2025 Essentials comes with every apex machine, single heads too. Make and edit your own designs, turn a logo or picture into embroidery, and use 45 embroidery fonts. It exports to more than 30 machine file formats. The machine reads DST and DSB files from a USB stick.

Who installs and repairs the machine?

Our technicians. Installation and in-person training at your shop are included. The 1-year warranty covers parts from the maker and labour by our team. We keep spare parts in the UAE.

Do you sell used machines?

No. We sell new machines only, and each one is made to order.

How long does it take, and how do I pay?

Each machine is made to order and takes 45 to 60 days. Pay 60% to order and 40% before delivery. For single heads you can also use Tabby or Tamara at the full price, for orders under AED 20,000. All 3 single heads are under AED 20,000.

Do you deliver to Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?

Yes. We deliver anywhere in the UAE, and delivery is included in the price.
