What it does
- Stitches 4 shirts, uniforms or bags at the same time.
- With the cap kit, it stitches 4 caps at the same time.
- Every head stitches up to 400x600 mm. Most makers stop at 500 mm on the long side.
- Downward drive with 2 belts. Each belt carries less load, so it lasts longer.
- Same control system as our single-head machine, so your operator learns one system.
- Cuts the thread, changes colour and finds broken threads by itself.

Single head or 4-head: which should I buy?
The 4-head stitches the same design on 4 items at once. It suits uniform, school and team orders. A single head suits samples and many small, different orders.
Can it embroider caps?
Yes, with the cap kit: AED 2,400. Then all 4 heads stitch caps at the same time. The 270° wide-angle cap system lets you stitch wide designs on the front and sides of the cap.
How big is the embroidery area?
Up to 400x600 mm on each head. The long 600 mm side fits large back designs.
12 or 15 needles: what is the difference?
Each needle holds one thread colour. 15 needles cost AED 1,500 more per head, so AED 6,000 for all 4 heads. Choose when you order, because we build each machine to order.
What software is included, and is it easy to learn?
Wilcom E4.5 Decorating Lite (lettering level) is included. The machine uses the Dahao A15 Pro controller with a 10-inch touch screen in Arabic or English. We train your operator in person when we install the machine.
