What it does
- Stitches logos and names on caps, T-shirts, polo shirts, uniforms and bags.
- Holds 12 or 15 thread colours (15 only with the 350x500 mm field) and changes colour by itself.
- Cuts the thread by itself and stops when a thread breaks.
- The feet come off, so it can stitch big items like golf bags and travel bags.
- A red light shows the needle point, so each design goes in the right place.

Questions and answers
How much is this embroidery machine in the UAE?
From AED 18,999, VAT included, for the 220x300 mm model with 12 needles. The 350x500 mm model is AED 19,499 with 12 needles, or AED 19,999 with 15 needles. 15 needles come only with the 350x500 mm field. All prices include VAT. Delivery, installation, training and Wilcom lettering software are included.
Single head or multi-head: which should I buy?
A single head suits samples, small orders and many different designs. Choose a multi-head when you stitch the same logo on many items, like uniforms or team shirts. See the 4-head and the 6-head.
12 or 15 needles: what is the difference?
Each needle holds one thread colour. With 15 needles you load more colours, so you stop less often on designs with many colours. 15 needles come only with the 350x500 mm field, for AED 19,999. That is AED 500 more than 12 needles. Choose when you order, because we build each machine to order.
Can it embroider caps?
Yes. The price includes the cap driver, a cap station and 2 cap frames. The 270° wide-angle cap system lets you stitch wide designs on the front and sides of the cap.
What software do I need?
The machine reads DST and DSB design files from a USB stick. Wilcom E4.5 Decorating Lite (lettering level) is included, so you can type names and text and stitch them.
Do you install the machine and train my staff?
Yes. Our technicians install the machine at your place and train your operator in person. The 1-year warranty covers parts from the maker and labour by our technicians. We keep spare parts in the UAE.
How long is delivery, and how do I pay?
We build each machine to order, so delivery takes 45 to 60 days. Pay 60% when you order and 40% before delivery. Or use Tabby or Tamara: they work on all three models at the full price, for orders under AED 20,000.
